Did you forget to order a candle for an important event? Don’t panic!! Just use our ‘Jump the Queue’ Express option at the checkout!

It is an additional charge of $20 and your order will jump the queue and be made ASAP.

When you select Express box to jump the queue we will work as quickly as possible to ensure your personalised candle arrives in time for the event.

Date of dispatch will be within 3 days from date of order. We have proudly dispatched many orders the very next day. We’ll do everything possible to meet your requirements. Please note that orders are being dispatched from metropolitan Melbourne.

Please make sure to let us know how urgent your order is. You can do this via the contact us page, or put a note in the ‘additional information’ box when you place your order.

Your postcode will determine how quickly your parcel will arrive. Auspost guarantee next day delivery to postcodes within their Express Post Network. If you are outside the network it can take a few days.

Note: Due to COVID and AusPost, delivery times can take longer than usual. We don’t recommend placing express orders at this time that require next day delivery.
